Attendees of this year’s Through the Looking Glass Gala on Sept. 28 at the private residence of Forrest and Charlotte Lucas will have several opportunities to sip on one of several wines from Daniel’s Vineyard.

The photo shows a vineyard with a building in the background. The vineyard has rows of grapevines supported by wooden posts, and the ground appears to be covered with grass. The building has a red roof and light-colored walls, and it is situated at the end of the vineyard rows. Above, the sky is partly cloudy with patches of blue visible. A supporting sponsor of this year’s Gala, Daniel’s Vineyard will be providing Gala guests with an exclusive wine tasting, featuring a bottled red wine selection, a bottled white wine selection, and two canned fruit wine selections.

While enjoying a delicious dinner catered by Prime Catering, Gala guests can also pair their meal with a red or white wine selection from Daniel’s Vineyard, as bottles will be placed on all dining tables leading up to dinner.

While continuing to fulfill the needs of Hoosier wine lovers far and wide, Daniel’s Event Sales Manager Brittany Thompson says the Vineyard also loves giving back to the community whenever it can.

“Aside from providing a fun, family-friendly establishment to the community, we partner with various charities throughout the year and host fundraisers to help spread awareness,” Thompson says. “We’re always willing to give back to the community and help in any way we can, and we love organizing free events for the community. You meet new people, and you never know what can come of that.”

As a matter of fact, local wine lovers can support the Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation on Oct. 6 as part of a free Family Day at the vineyard, where $1 of every racing-themed bottle of Daniel’s Vineyard wine sold will be donated back to IBCF.
